Shipping & Returns
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to sales@jordansretroshoes.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.
2.We accept return and exchange. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3.Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used. unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork.
- to any products that we have provide discount price or customised specifically for you
5.In some cases, the appearance of the actual product may different from the product in the photo. The criterion for the goods are based on the standard of the material.
6.We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.
7.If you are not at home when the items receive your home, the delivery company may send it for 1 or 2 times again. If your are still not at home again. They may be sent back. You'll have to pay for our posting to you again.

9.Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays. Once your order ships it will take 1 to 8 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address.
